We do believe there is a best way to rent more mats, and better satisfy customer need.
Please note the following:
- Offer mats as no charge, no obligation samples to your customers that are not using your mat rental services.
As we know, strong sampling efforts will lead to more sales!
- Instruct your Service Team to place multiple samples when appropriate.
- Focus on logo mat rentals by presenting custom proof sketches, especially for Target Prospects.
- Establish daily and weekly sampling goals for your Route Service Sales Representatives. The Comfort Flow mats,
logo mats and your standard mat products are the perfect products to offer as samples.
- Hold weekly meetings to recognize strong performance, and post the results for all to see
- Insist on 100% participation from all Route Service Representatives.
